Daniel Deskins

Daniel is the founder of Aspen Total Fitness and is an active duty Marine with more than 17 years of service. He has bachelor degrees in both business and exercise science and is a personal trainer and nutrition coach. He holds the steadfast belief that every person’s body is unique and that every fitness program should also be unique. He hopes that you’ll allow him to assist you with your own personal fitness journal.

Hailey Knepp

Hailey is a graduate of James Madison University with a Bachelor of Science in Sport and Recreation Management with minors in General Business and Dance. She is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and has a deep passion for living an active and healthy lifestyle. Hailey has also been dancing for over 20 years and wants to inspire others to be active and enjoy working out. She believes our bodies should be celebrated through movement and pushing ourselves to be the best that we can be.

Jordan Hammond

Jordan is an active duty Marine and certified personal trainer both with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and the Marine Corps High-Intensity Tactical Training (HIIT) certification. He was a 3 sport athlete in high school and received his associate's degree prior to joining the military.  Jordan has been a student of the human body for over six years and enjoys the challenges of building a program around each of his client's individual needs.
