Daniel Denskins is the founder of Aspen Total Fitness and is an active duty Marine with more than 16 years of service. He has bachelor degrees in both business and exercise science and is a personal trainer and nutrition coach. He holds the steadfast belief that every person’s body is unique and that every fitness program should also be unique. He hopes that you’ll allow him to assist you with your own personal fitness journal.
While Specializing in strength training, Daniel can also offer many other types of personal training programs that are designed around your needs, including individualized programs, athletic & sports training, cardiovascular conditioning & functional fitness, muscle building, muscle toning, injury rehab, nutrition coaching and more.
